This is my second bottle. It’s been three weeks. I am using this and the shampoo religiously. I don’t see a major difference yet but I feel as though I’m growing a little bit of hair (I’m not sure though.). I’ll know in 5-6 weeks whether it’s making a big difference.

Delivery Was a DISASTER!Look, I haven’t even tried the ALIKA serum yet, so I can’t speak to whether it works or not. But I can tell you this: the delivery experience was an absolute nightmare. I ordered this stuff weeks ago, and it was supposed to arrive within 5 business days. Well, 10 business days later, still nothing.I tried contacting customer service multiple times, and it was like pulling teeth. They kept giving me the runaround, saying it was delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Finally, after a week of back and forth, they admitted they’d lost my order. Seriously?They offered to send a replacement, but honestly, I’m so frustrated at this point that I just want a refund. I’m giving this one star solely based on the horrendous delivery experience. Maybe the product itself is great, but I’ll never know because I couldn’t even get my hands on it. Total waste of time and energy.

 High Quality, Non-GreasyThis is a nice set containing a full-size (though small) bottle of shampoo and two bottles of serum. I’m happy that it included two of the serum because those bottles are small, and since the serum is used twice per day, it’ll run out significantly before the shampoo.The product is made in the USA, which always makes me feel safer about using products with chemical treatment formulations. The scent is really nice. Somewhat perfumed, but not so much so that the scent lingers after your hair is dry. The serum has the same scent. For the serum, you use two to three drops on your scalp and then massage with your fingertips. It dried right away, and didn’t leave my hair greasy at all.My husband will be using this set, but I tested it out because you’ll get a more in-depth review that way (trust me). It’s going to be a while before we see results. I’m a little leery of the product page saying there will be a 214% increase in growth after ten days. I don’t think prescription medicines claim that level of result.The primary downside to this product is its high price point. We will only re-purchase if it makes a noticeable difference for my husband. If you don’t see an update in two months, the product didn’t work any wonders for him.

If you’re the impatient type, you might have to get used to waiting a while for your shampoo! The serum is applied with a dropper (with a push-down button on the cap of the bottle). It’s non-greasy, and doesn’t coat the hair or weigh it down.After several weeks of using these products, we’re starting to think that they might actually be having a positive effect! The shampoo leaves his hair looking and feeling good, and he’s starting to feel as if some new hair might be growing. It’s hard to know with these types of products; is it real, or is it wishful thinking? We really don’t know, but he’s going to continue using these products, and we’ll see if we get lasting results!
